Dave Gorfinkel graduated from the University of Cape Town with a BSc. (Survey) degree in 1979 and registered with the South African Council for Professional and Technical Surveyors in 1981. Africa Survey is a well concentrated, controlled and concise practise, as experience indicates best benefits the survey business.

  • Topcon Imaging Station (3-d laser survey)

  • 3-d Survey Scanners

  • Topcon real-time Kinematic, Dual Frequency GPS (with Glonass)

  • Precise Levels

  • Electronic and on-board data capturing.


Field work is downloaded, then computed, interpreted, and reproduced in plan and 3D form utilising Modelmaker Systems Software, Autocad, and other specific software.
